I am a British oil painter specialising in landscapes.

I paint whatever catches my eye - mostly because of a feeling about a certain place or the way the light falls, perhaps a certain combination of colours or interesting shapes.

I'm addicted to painting en plein air (painting outside from life just as the Impressionists did) and always try to work from life whenever possible.
